Central Jakarta Health Sub-agency to Succeed Childhood Immunizations

The Central Jakarta Health Sub-agency has announced that they are ready to succeed in the National Child Immunization Month (BIAN) program from August 1 to 31, 2022.

Immunization has been ongoing since August 1 in all healthcare centers spread across Central Jakarta

According to Rismasari, Sub-agency Head of Central Jakarta Health, the BIAN program will be launched at Petojo Selatan RPTRA on August 4, 2022.

"Immunization has been ongoing since August 1 in all healthcare centers spread across Central Jakarta, such as in hospitals, health centers, RPTRA, or vaccination centers," she expressed, Wednesday (8/3).

By collaborating with all parties, it was expected to run successfully.

Central Jakarta Mayor Dhany Sukma explained that the role of the urban village and sub-district heads is very important and strategic to invite residents to bring children aged 9-56 months to get immunized.

"We had instructed them to synergize with the Central Jakarta Health Sub-agency for child immunization," he explained.

His party also invited residents who have children under five to be immunized by health workers.

"It aims to produce healthy generations in the future," he stated.
